We are always working on Solutions to make the preparation, calculation, and delivery of your payments and benefits, more seamless than stressful; and to make the management of your holdings and accounts, transactions, and charges, more fun than frustrating.

Currently on offer is the Full Option Family Office (FopFo™), this is a purpose-made software suite of 4 separate and distinct applications, specifically designed either for:
(i) combined and synchronized use by high-net-worth operators in high-net-worth operations as a unified solution; or (ii) for individual use by those with distinct needs that will of course be valuable, but do not necessarily require you to be a High-Net-Worth individual.

Listed in no particular order, first, we present and offer the Family Tree Application (Familigi™), which is perfect for keeping track of family members, such as those cousins from Great Uncle's many wives, and lives. This Application is also widely-applicable across diverse groups, and wildly popular because it accepts first, middle, and last names each up to 15 characters long, so add those middle names the holders don't like answering to.

And it's not only or all about Great Uncle. The Family Tree Application also lets you make multiple trees, give each one a name of up to 88 characters, merge and exchange trees with remote licensees of the same Application (with nearby Bluetooth and local-network sharing arriving in the native release), or share and invite views from those with no licenses. You can even change the whole perspective and personally swap out and toggle back and forth between a "FAMILY" option with spouses and maiden names, and a "GENERIC" option ready for user-defined selections. Of course, the GENERIC option does have some pre-set defaults of title or role, active or inactive, location, exigency rating, and sundry. Either way, your Family Office In-House accounting team and your external auditors, alike, would be more than happy to grab those lumps of coal falling off Familigi™ (Chart of Accounts Linkings), even as Christmas presents. So too all of the line supervisors, safety stewards, and contingency planners who would be more than happy to see and know, long before it is ever even needed, Familigi™'s hidden plan for the crash (Critical Reorganization Activating Situational Heads). Did I mention that both the FAMILY and GENERIC options accept picture uploads?

This makes the Family Tree Application an absolute "must have", for any and every person doing something like a link analysis, similar organizational mapping, or correlating any sequence or series of events, regardless of whether that is working hard, or just hobby yard. That is, every business school student, Admin. Assistant, Shareholder Relations Associate, forensic body, regulatory authority, and law enforcement agency, everywhere.

Next, we offer the Holdings Management Application (BoxAlong™), which is optimized for keeping track of your assets and investments, especially if you have more short-let rentals or ride-hailing vehicles in your fleet than the next person, more financial investments than you can count on both hands and both feet, or you operate across multiple jurisdictions, timezones, or tax or revenue codes.

We also present and offer the Currency Management Application (Currencida™), if you could not find anything else robust enough to manage all of your different physical and virtual and crypto accounts. We’ve all been there – a transaction we made, some time with some vendor, that we cannot recall. Too many debit transactions to search or too many credit card statements to comb through. That’s not a problem anymore, and you will likely not see another Bank Ledger/Register and Statement Creator combination with more granular capability, anywhere, and that’s coming from a former banker used to custom banking software. Select one account or all accounts, and sort by vendor, counterparty, special note, transaction details, and/or time period in any combination or many combinations – you “WILL” find it! You can add credit card interest and other bank charges at multiple levels: per debit or credit transaction – hard coding different bank charges and Value Added Tax (VAT) amounts to automatically accompany transactions of various amounts, or you can add any monthly to annual account fee package, you can even add ATM, Wire, and miscellaneous fees. There is also what we call an In-House notation field. We absolutely have to take a few extra moments to describe this versatile and exciting feature, because some fiduciaries may charge extra for handling debits or credits of a certain amount, and this is how to tag them. Some fiduciaries may wish to track both client numbers in the Line 1 Description, and specific types of transaction elsewhere, and this is one of the ways to do it, by words, or by numbers, or with both. Finally, someone may want to know why their banking package limits keep being exhausted, bringing extra bank charges, and tagging the exact type or types of offending transaction for targeted review in an Ad Hoc Statement, can answer a lot of questions at the end of the month. “One little rule; many ways to apply it”. So, all in all, this is more like a personal Super-Ledger, as no actual funds flow in or out. Your relationships with your financial institutions, are and remain, yours.

Finally, we offer the Benefits Management Application - your Simple, Efficient Benefits Administration Application (SEBAA™). This is perfect not only for those of you with people whose benefits you regularly manage, but also for Accredited Professionals who always have funds flowing in and out for collection and collation, accounting, evaluation, and estimation, or even legal or fiduciary, custodial and escrow, disbursement and fulfillment, and sundry and related services rendered.

But the real beauty, the true magic, comes when you have all 4 Applications installed and working together. This is when you engage the Full Option Family Office. Select one or more beneficiaries on Familigi™ (or select or make a group by any factor you choose, such as age, need, or status). Pay them a benefit that you define on SEBAA™, and have Currencida™ automatically deduct that amount from the applicable account in the applicable currency. Then, if that account reaches or drops below a certain level also pre-defined by you, BoxAlong™ will automatically top it up with whatever you told it to, from the funding source you named in advance. You can even deduct withholding taxes, input transaction fees, and add bank charges, all on automatic presets.

In a world where business and banking are increasingly done online, and where people and businesses are sending less paper including bank statements, it can be hard to keep track of dispersed online accounts and investments, and your online bank balances and charges.

◆Sync to maintain data conformance across your desktop devices today — with desktop-to-mobile sync arriving in the native app release;
◆Perform backup and restore functions on the desktop today (mobile arrives with the native release);
◆Synchronize and distribute datasets among different desktop devices with the same product license — or share a read-only view with an unlicensed audience by link (just for the Family Tree): recipients open a live, no-login web page where they can browse the tree but change nothing, and may suggest additions that appear only after you approve each one. Bluetooth / Wi-Fi-Direct are local transports: they need proximity (line-of-sight, same LAN/PAN), so they only help when Form Factors (machines) are physically near each other. The server path for sharing is internet-mediated, so there's no proximity requirement and, depending on your wakefulness, your internet connection, and the firewalls between you, a lead operator ("Cluster Controller") in New York can securely and concurrently share data with colleagues in Vancouver, Laos, London, Lima, and Lagos. Each participating instance syncs through the server, so from the operator's chair it's effectively a simultaneous fan-out to everyone who's on the call;
◆Partake in the ongoing safeguard and security protocols on your account and profile, view the company blog and demos and run-throughs at anytime, have user walk-through sessions with customer service agents once we are more fully and multilingually staffed-up, and enjoy complimentary access to our Newsletter and App updates, all for a monthly service fee (per person, and thankfully not per application – we take the financial hit and give you that break, for your customer loyalty), that is paid annually. In addition, this is an entirely new vendor and a newish way of doing business, we get it, which is why for a limited time, new customers only, can opt to get a thirty (30) day grace period after registration and setup, in which to pay their first Fee for Ongoing Service and Maintenance. There will be a fifteen (15) day warning email and SMS available (do be sure to register fully), and then suspension on day thirty-one (31) if that fee has not been received, so although far from used or second-hand, start up one or four Apps, take a test drive, kick the wheels, and make your decisions. If you find issues, we will try to improve and fix them for you;
◆Keep your Data-Residency preferences front and centre — your data is always yours to export, and, just like sending an email or making a conference call, what you do with it has nothing to do with this platform. Thanks to client-side, end-to-end encryption, we are never in the loop: your data is encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM, using a key derived from your passphrase via Argon2id (RFC 9106) — a key only you ever hold. By default your information stays on your own device and nothing readable ever reaches us; and even if you sync or back up, only scrambled ciphertext travels — something we can never open and never need to keep. Because the originals always stay with you (the way a sent email still sits in your own outbox, and a finished call leaves no recording behind), a copy we never held, or one you choose to delete, can never mean lost data. Full on-device residency — nothing ever leaving your machine, unless and until you send it to another machine or print it — is in view, and arrives with the native desktop and mobile apps.
