This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) governs the installation and use of the downloadable, native editions of the Application on your own devices. The native application is licensed, not sold, for your personal or internal business use, is bound to your activation code, and may run on the device classes described in the Master Enabler. It incorporates the Liability Disclaimer, Limitation of Warranty, Choice of Law (Province of Alberta, Canada) and arbitration provisions set out in this manual. Final wording is pending; this section will be finalised before the native applications ship.
